Magnolia Consulting aims to help businesses and individuals to grow, increase their profitability and to become more effective at what they do. The firm was founded by Dr Jayne Nation, who is an experienced senior manager who has operated in a number of different roles across a variety of business sectors.

- 2003: Management Consultant, specialising in organisational development, interim management, project management and high performance coaching.

Special interests and Qualifications:
Jayne is trained as a business coach, mentor and counsellor, with special interests in leadership coaching and in coaching teams and individuals to be high performing. She has coached high calibre managers and leaders in a number of different organisations, including Unilever, What If! and Citizen’s advice.
She is also a trained as a project manager, with over fifteen years experience and a track record of successful delivery of technical, financial and human resource projects (e.g. new appraisal systems, leadership training, improved profitability studies, project management training, ‘Investors in People’ and ISO 9001 preparation and general consultancy).
